The villa, equipped with air conditioning and wifi, is divided into 4 double bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, a sitting room with television and large equipped kitchen. Outside there are large furnished terraces, a living room furnished with large built-in sofas, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill and laundry area.
THE REQUEST IS €1,000 PER DAY FOR A MAX OF 8 PEOPLE (NO CHILDREN), OVER €300 FOR FINAL CLEANING.
The villa is available from 13 August 2024.
It is possible to have a cleaning service during the stay upon request and payment separately.
For the period from 4 June to 30 June the request is €700 per day in addition to the amount due for the cleaning service. If the Villa is rented for a period of two consecutive weeks or more exclusively in the month of June, the asking price will be €600 per day in addition to the amount due for the cleaning service.
